Q: When i start my software it gave me Flash Player error why ?
A: If on some software you will receive such kind of error please go on Internet Explorer and download from it Flash Player latest version if you receive a message that you already have installed Flash Player please go to Control Panel and uninstall and install after again from Internet Explorer.


Q: My software gone crazy what to do ?
A: Such thing rarely should happen but if you have this kind of problem first of all check if you have more apps active which consume RAM close some of them and then try again or simply close and open the software if the problem persists please contact us.
